Terms of Use
The ground rules for using our website and working with DigiForge — written to be clear, not cryptic.
01Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or engaging DigiForge for services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
02Our services
DigiForge provides custom web development, modules, automation, and related technical services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any project are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
03Projects & quotes
Quotes and proposals are based on the information available at the time and are valid for the period stated. Changes to scope may affect timeline and cost, which we will communicate before proceeding.
04Payments
Payment terms are set out in each project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the agreed period. Late payments may pause active work.
05Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components and any pre-existing tools or libraries we use, which remain under their respective licenses. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
06Client responsibilities
To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide timely feedback, content, access, and approvals. Delays in these may affect the project schedule.
07Warranties & disclaimers
We deliver our services with professional care. Except as expressly stated in a project agreement, the website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
09Termination
Either party may end an engagement as described in the project agreement. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
